About
Let me tell you a little about my background.
I started collecting stamps when I was in the second grade, by high school I was specializing in Mexico and by the end of medical school I was collecting all of Latin America. I have been a pediatric cardiologist since 1975. After six years in the Navy, I was in practice at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL from 1979-1982 and in a solo private practice in Bakersfield 1982-2002. I am now retired from medical practice giving me increasing time to devote to Latin American stamps in the future. I became a part-time stamp dealer in 1972, dealing exclusively in Latin American issues since 1980. After retirement from medicine in 2002, I have been a full time dealer.
